For domestic transactions in India, Raymera uses Razorpay. International payments are handled through PayPal, subject to supported countries, currencies, and payment availability.

Where supported by the product, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription through My Subscription. You can also manage eligible customizations and billing options according to the rules of your selected product. Raymera's account architecture specifically supports subscription changes, cancellation, renewal, and customized plan management.
Free trials may be available for eligible products and plans. When a trial is available, its duration, included features, usage limits, and expiry conditions will be shown before you activate it.
Where cancellation is available for your subscription, you can manage it through your My Subscription account according to the applicable product and subscription terms. Any effect on future billing, access, or eligibility for a refund will be governed by the terms applicable to your purchase.
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable subscription terms and Raymera's Refund and Returns Policy. We recommend reviewing the policy before completing your purchase. If you have a billing or refund question relating to an existing order, contact Raymera Support for assistance. After purchase the whole month you used that product and in the next month the auto renewal is not activated and not generating any invoices.
Access is activated only after the payment has been successfully verified. Once confirmed, your subscription and product access are updated and the eligible product becomes available through My Raymera. Raymera does not rely only on a browser payment-success redirect to activate paid access.
Raymera does not store raw card numbers or CVV information. Sensitive payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider, while Raymera retains only the plans information required to manage your transaction and account.
No. Products marked Coming Soon can be explored or previewed, but they cannot be purchased or added to checkout until they become commercially available.
After subscribing, you can manage your commercial relationship through My Subscription . Depending on your subscription, this includes your products, subscription status, upgrades or downgrades, customization payment details, invoices, orders, payment information, and billing details.
For requirements beyond the standard plans, choose Custom Enterprise and fill the form. After submitting the form the Raymera team will contact you. Enterprise configurations can be discussed based on your required capabilities, usage, integrations, and business needs rather than using a fixed standard package. The current Pricing page already provides a Custom Enterprise option.
